Vipers are heading to Brentwood!

Deerfield, IL, - Vipers Pro Basketball will be heading to Brentwood Centre in early September to compete against The Big Cats for the first Essex Classic Basketball Tournament on Saturday 8th and Sunday, 9th September 2018, with a packed schedule of eight games featuring four teams over the weekend, teams will compete in Bronze and Gold medal games on Sunday afternoon.

Teams participating in the Essex Classic will be the host team Essex Leopards, London Lions who finished runners-up in both the league and playoff championships for BBL – British Basketball League, Team USA Select and Vipers Pro Basketball ABA - American Basketball Association.

“It’s the Vipers first visit the UK. We are excited and we're working to bring home the gold, we are competing against some great teams, so we plan to be ready and looking forward to participating in the event annually” said Vipers Pro Basketball CEO, RJ White.

“I think this is an amazing opportunity for the organization; it’s a fantastic opportunity to build a player’s legacy and from this experience, it will give more insight and show how ready our guys for the overseas level play,” said Head Coach James Washington.
