"It's time to get back into the lab, for those that know me, know that year 5 is very important. We have spent time developing the brand and now our focus is on the wins. We have a great set of guys. Once we get a rhythm of each other and come together I see the opportunity being endless". - RJ White (Ceo)
Vipers have added on some really big game changers like former D1 and Chicago native- Lamont Walker and NAIA D1 Darius Woods from Memphis Tennessee.
"In order to succeed at this level of basketball, it takes more than just individuals playing isolation basketball in order to win and requires strong team chemistry. This team, with many of the guys having played college ball, possessed an extraordinary amount of talent but lacked at team chemistry, as the players put their egos aside for the betterment of the team the opportunities are endless. Despite everything we still have players getting looks from the overseas level of play and we just look forward to the summer season trainings, workouts, and exhibitions". - RJ White
Through all the hard work the team has committed to buying in and building chemistry and This was exemplified after the loss, as despite just losing a close playoff game, the whole team chose to bond together in a planned tour/exhibition/classic in Africa.
